A Pre-Bid Meeting is scheduled for February 5, 2025, at 8:00 AM at the Public Works Complex.
The City of Mebane will receive sealed proposals at the Public Works Department, 636 Corregidor Street, Mebane, NC 27302, until 2:00 PM on Thursday, February 13, 2025.

The contract with the City will be for three years, beginning on or close to July 1, 2025, and ending on June 30, 2028. As specified in Section 2, the contract may be extended annually.
The contract is anticipated to be awarded in July 2025, provided bids are within budget.
