The Stage I Voluntary Conservation under the Water Shortage Response Plan is officially lifted. The Graham—Mebane Water Treatment Plant is operating at 100% to supply water to Mebane and has returned to full Duke Energy primary power.

The Mebane Emergency Operations Center (EOC) officially closed Friday at 5 p.m., and the (919) 304-9235 number will no longer be active.
 If you need to report storm damage or have any questions or concerns, please call the Mebane Police Department at (919) 563-9031.

Michael Brown

Dr. Micheal Brown, Jr. is excited to serve on the Mebane Recreation and Parks Advisory Council and contribute to the community. He has dedicated nearly 20 years to working with youth, beginning with Durham Parks and Recreation in 2005, where he focused on teen programs. His career in education started at Woodlawn Middle School, and he now serves as the Principal of Eno River Academy High School. Dr. Brown holds a Bachelor’s in Middle Grades Education and a Master’s in School Administration from NCCU, as well as a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from UNCG. He looks forward to helping enhance Mebane’s Recreation and Parks opportunities for all residents.
