Development Map

Welcome to the interactive Mebane Development Map! Below you can explore projects in various phases of development including proposed rezoning projects with site plans and projects that are approved and/or under construction. Projects that require a rezoning or special use permit will have a case number associated with the public hearing process. Projects that do not require a rezoning are known as “by right” developments. These projects are reviewed and approved by the Mebane Technical Review Committee (TRC) before they are published on this interactive map resource.
