On behalf of the City of Mebane, please be advised that the City is soliciting informal bids for the referenced project.
This project consists of installing 260 square yards of 4” concrete sidewalks along N. Second Street from W. Crawford Street to W. Graham Street. An existing curb cut is to be removed and replaced with curb and gutter, 2 driveway entrances, minor grading, seeding and mulching.
No Pre-Bid Meeting is scheduled.
Informal Bids are due via email to mreich@awck.com by 2:00 PM, Friday, February 16, 2024. Bids may also be delivered to the office of the Engineer, provided they are sealed and noted to contain a bid for the subject project.
Digital or hard copies of bid documents may be obtained from Engineer by contacting Kensie Culler at kculler@awck.com. A plan deposit fee is not required.

It is anticipated that the project will be awarded and of February and work beginning March 15, 2024 and Contract Completion date is June 15, 2024. (90 days after notice to proceed.)
