Apply by July 30, 2024 to join the City of Mebane Community Advisory Committee

The City is beginning a yearlong project to create a new long-range, comprehensive land development plan. The finished plan will outline a vision and goals for Mebane’s future and will guide the City’s growth and development. Members of the Community Advisory Committee will assist with public outreach and provide input on the plan process and drafting.

Advisory Committee members must commit to attending at least four meetings between approximately August 2024 and May 2025. Some work outside of meetings may be required. The Committee will consist of 10-12 members. Appointments to the Committee will be made by the Mebane City Council and are expected at their August 5, 2024 meeting.
