Youth basketball

• Registration opens August 1st
• Registration ends when program is full or on October 1st

5-14 years old (as of January 1, 2022)

• Coaches Meeting and Team Assignment: November 4th
• Practices Start: November 8th
• Games Start: December 8th
• Season End: February

Teams will practice twice per week until the start of games -- typically Monday-Thursday evenings or Saturday mornings

Once games begin, teams typically play 1-2 games per week and may have 1 practice per week. Games are played Monday-Thursday evenings.

• Resident: $15 (2nd Child - $10, 3rd Child - $5)
• Non Resident: $40 (2nd Child - $35, 3rd Child - $30)

• Mebane Arts and Community Center
• Mebane Recreation Center (Old Rec) - Practices only
• Eastern Alamance High School Auxiliary Gym - Practices only
• Woodlawn Middle School - Practices only

Some age groups may play in the Metro League and play games in Mebane, Burlington, Gibsonville or Graham.

The City will provide:

• Reversible jerseys to each player
• All practice equipment needed for coaches - basketballs, whistles, cones, etc.

Players will need to purchase:

• Gym shoes with non-marking soles
• Shorts or athletic pants
• Water bottle
