Are you ready for a hike? Cates Farm is host to Mebane's newest and most picturesque Park and currently offers 2.0 miles of beautiful trails.  Cates Farm is 54 acres of what was formerly a pickle farm and is now being transformed into a mind, body, and spirit mecca!  This pet-friendly paradise officially opened to the public on January 21, 2021.

Please do not use trails if they are muddy or unsafe due to weather conditions.

Opening in Spring 2024 will be the second amenity to Cates Farm Park.  An ADA-inclusive playground, including a wheelchair swing and lots of fun for everyone. This playground, constructed of all wood, has been designed to fit the scenic park and has many play features. Everyone's Playgound even features a large cargo net area for parents to relax while their kids play!
