Youth athletic programs

Our youth athletics program is focused on developing a physically literate community by developing each athlete's ability, confidence and desire to participate in sport; encouraging them to become lifelong athletes.  We aim to provide several different sport options that allow children to play multiple sports throughout the year.  Sampling several sports allows appropriate motor and social skill development, reduces overuse injury risk, and promotes lifelong physical activity.
